Mount Airy, North Carolina is certainly best known as the birthplace of actor Andy Griffith, but it is also the name of a fine American furniture company, called Mount Airy and until the summer of 1997, they were producing a nice quality all wood construction line of furniture, built to last for generations. This particular double bank of drawers, or bedroom dresser is one of the more special pieces in their collection.
